While I liked this book, and it was really a great follow up to the first one, it suffered from over explanation. There were points where I was just hoping the author would just get to the point as many times there were excessive explanations. As a result, this took me way longer than it should have to finish because I wasn't invested in picking it back up everyday. But still cute, and I love the supporting characters in this series almost more than the mains ones.
Graphic: Racism, Homophobia, and Ableism
Moderate: Panic attacks/disorders, Injury/Injury detail, and Chronic illness
Minor: Alcohol

the conflicts were resolved a little too easily for me and the structure of the book didn't flow as well as in the first one. with that being said, i'll happily read about these two being in love for many more books
also can't believe we didn't get a proposal scene
Graphic: Outing, Sexual content, Injury/Injury detail, and Homophobia
Moderate: Ableism, Racial slurs, Panic attacks/disorders, Racism, Alcohol, and Mental illness
