relatively easy read, BUT BOY WAS THIS JUST AN INFO DUMP! there wasn’t much … plot? definitely character based, which would be fine if i liked the characters.

in the beginning, it was REALLYY boring i was genuinely gonna give it a 2 stars but after 60% it started getting more interesting. and then i genuinely started getting attached to the characters. gonna get into book 2 now hopefully it will be better.

there is something absolutely so fantastic about reading a first book in a series and feeling so completely pulled in you feel like you need to consume every single bit of content of that universe that you possibly can find out there.
