Apparently I have an affinity with books with maids! I appreciated that each “chapter” had a date and that there weren’t too many perspectives to try to keep track of! Overall a solid read.
Dark and suspenseful, but masterfully written, with so many impossible-to-see-coming plot twists. Kept me guessing until the very last page. Superb mystery.
A revenge fantasy with a twist, that yes, you can see coming but the book's structure (different perspectives, time jumps) makes it so that once you're in, you can't put it down until the end. Loved it!

Wow! I couldn’t put this book down! Turns and turns from the first chapter ALL THE WAY to the last page!! Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed this one! I loved how my theories came from so many different places. I truly didn’t know how it was going to end until it did. This was a very entertaining read. I enjoyed how Kit’s character gave John and Daisy the revenge they deserved. Gave “Promising Young Woman” meets “Gone Girl” vibes.
