I do love me some messy, rich people drama. That was almost TOO twisty for my liking. Maybe it's because I read it via audio book. I was totally caught off guard by alot of it. Binge read in 1 day and impossible to put down.

This book captivated me from the beginning. I'm usually not a fan of multiple povs, especially in thrillers but this one was an exception. The pov switch after each chapter was quite interesting.
There was no explanation of how Jon got those scars though...and the police were looking for Kit, but she still posted those pics on her wierd instagram handle...like wasn't she supposed to stay anonymous?
Though the ending was satisfying it was also very predictable

I unfortunately found this very boring. I don't like when the same event is told through multiple perspectives, multiple times and that happened often. I know that's common for thrillers, but it just wasn't working for me here and it felt like the plot was just spinning in circles. I found the story predictable, the characters hollow, and the exposition dumps annoying. I honestly skimmed through most of the middle just to make it to the end faster. Maybe if it was written differently I would've liked it more? Oh well.
