Possibly the most sensual book I have ever read.
It's an odd one because the writing style was very unique, the grammar and formatting... unconventional... and yet, as soon as I put it down, all I could think about was those silly angels 😩
I can simultaneously understand how this might be someone's favourite book or they might think it the worst thing they've ever read. It's bizarre.
Personally, I cannot wait to continue with this series!

I was a stupid child, and I should have understood that the problem was my own mood reading tendencies.
I picked this up again because noticed that I’m currently really in the mood for bittersweet litfic adjacent books.
I don’t even know how to write a review for this book.
I sobbed through most of the last quarter of the book, and so many lines throughout the book literally made me gasp. I will be immediately buying a physical copy so I can annotate it.

This book has so much potential, and the prose is heartbreakingly gorgeous in some places! The character development is well-paced, if not a little slow in the beginning, but the concepts and imagery are top-notch.
