Francesca Hornak, you know what you did. My therapist will be hearing about this!
The fifth star is for Sean. My man Sean did nothing wrong. The man dedicates his life to treating a deadly disease (Haag is not a real thing by the way if you're as dumb as I am and want to save yourself a google search) and this is the thanks he gets? You know what? Justice for Sean! I had to stop reading. Let me set the Scene: The book, closed. Me, pacing. My heart, beating faster than my apple watch deems appropriate. Here's the kicker, we were almost out of the woods. There were 12 pages left. 12 pages to wrap up a sweet little story about a family learning to appreciate each other. But no. I couldn't be so lucky. I need a Hallmark rom-com to cleanse my palette.
