I was not sure I was going to end up liking this one due to the bully aspect but I put it down for a few weeks and picked back up later only to devour the rest of it in one sitting.

I wasn't going to read this but picked up the Five Brothers book and saw it was a sequel, so picked this up quick to read first. It's not really my typical thing as I typically read MF relationship books, but I enjoyed it pretty well. I don't like bully relationships, so that was hard for me, but the writing was pretty good and I enjoyed getting to know the characters. There was some interesting stuff to think about, such as what constitutes sex / losing your virginity. Anyway, I'd have liked it more if the girls weren't so mean to each other at the start, and if I had been looking for a lesbian romance.

Listen... Was this book bad? Absolutely. Did I enjoy it? Yep. I also have come to a realisation that I can only handle books like this if they are sapphic. So, if Penelope Douglas thinks of some other lesbian drama, I'm there.
Could not stand the brothers. Jail to most of them, like the men are the worst part about this book. Also, bless Penelope Douglas' heart for the sex scenes in this book. They were not very good, but we move.
