Holy Hotness!!!! Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde make reading a beautiful experience. Wes and Natalie are a forbidden romance. She is his best friend's sister. He has never ever had a relationship--tainted by the actions of his father. Forbidden or not, love has always been there. Wes may think he is the "Big Shot" but he is putty in Natalie's hands and it is awesome!!!!! Romance, Sweetness, Hot Hot s+Sex made for an amazing rainy day read. I was no longer cold, feeling all warm and fuzzy. Oh, and icing on the cake we got to visit with Kincaids from the last collaborative series by Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde for a few pages.

Wes and Natalie are the frenemies that make everything fun. They argue, fight, and one up each other since they met 20 years ago. Natalie is his best friend's little sister and for years (most of those 20) Wes has had to fight the sexual tension.

One bet (due to over inflated ego and a side of healthy competition) has they embarking on a new journey. One that would not be approved by big brother. But it's only temporary, right?

As usual Carly and Erika gave us a hot read guaranteed to cause smiles, smirks, and plenty of tension. A fun chance to hang out with Mr. Big Shot and his little Minx.

listen - (why do i always feel like i need to explain critique?!) - i liked the idea of this book but i‘m pretty meh on the execution. for one thing, on the emotional level, i felt like the characters were constantly contradicting themselves. i understand they battled with their emotions, but how about backing that up by their thought process instead of just switching between all the passion and all the insecurity within half a page? add to that the sex scenes for the sake of sex scenes. here too - absolutely liking the idea behind their sexual relationship, but give me some more tension, some more build and a little less ridiculousness (who goes down on a guy in his car half a chapter after confessing she‘s never jerked anyone off in her life?! also the phrase „masturbate him“ along with other weird word choices...)

hoping for pleasant surprises with the rest of the series (which i got in a package, so i will read)

Wes is a dirty talking, panty melting, deliciously arrogant oh alpha male. He’s part owner of the most successful reality business in Chicago. Wes enjoys being at the top of his game in more ways than one. I enjoyed Wes- all his super hot bad boy ways, and his caring heart.
Natalie’s a determined and sassy woman. She fun, witty and intelligent. She’s quickly making a name for herself in the world of real estate. The feistiness of Natalie’s personality makes her stand out. A driven woman who won’t let any man stand in her way. Even if that man is one she desired for longer than she maybe willing to admit.
Holy hotness!!! From adversaries to lovers, Natalie and Wes chemistry was perfect. The push and pull game they play with each other is tantalizing. Lusting after one another for year and never acting created explosive passion. Years of know each other allowed Wes and Natalie to fall easily and hard. From the first kiss to the last page, Wes and Natalie keep the reader on the edge. The writing duo of Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde is truly something magical. Separately they are both very good writers, together they create something quite phenomenal. Their latest book, Big Shot is sassy, flirty and so steamy. Wickedly naughty in all the right ways.

It was nice and really hot. A bit disappointed by the end that was rushed but still a nice read.

Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde make fantastic writing partners. This book hooks you in from the beginning with the sexual tension between the two main characters. Wes and Natalie have known each other almost there entire lives but are rivals in the business world because they have such strong sexual chemistry that they're both denying. This is both a best friend's little sister and an enemies to love story. It was done in a fresh way that leaves you satisfied, yet wanting more. This starts off another fantastic series and I'm already dying for the next story.
