This nonfiction picture book follow the life cycle of a krill--the narration style keeps it upbeat and interesting, even as it shares scientific facts. I liked the illustration style, which felt very Shark Tales for some reason. An interesting book about an interesting creature that students may not have thought about before!

Great illustrations! I especially love the unapologetic view from the bottom of the food chain. Who eats krill? Practically everybody, with humorous toothy illustrations.
