Remarkably Bright Creatures was the most enjoyable book I've read in a while. The set-up was great, the characters were all likeable and I was quickly drawn in.

My only complaint is...

I would have loved more Marcellus! My favorite pages were the ones written from his POV.

Lovely little book. It reminded me of Anxious People in that the characters felt extremely real.

I don’t understand why this book is so beloved. The way the characters were portrayed felt clunky and it felt more sappy than sweet to me.
