It’s just a short story about Julia from Pretty Girls. I didn’t realize that when I started the audio which was dumb of me. Good for what it was but I wish I had read it closer to when I read pretty girls. Probably would have been more impactful and I could have gotten more of the details.

This is pretty much what I expected from a novella but being able to see this character go about her life after already knowing what happened to her was chilling.

I'm not very fond of short stories as a whole and feel that the plot and character development is lost. I felt that this story would be great as a full length novel but not for me as a short story
