A surprisingly engaging story. I wouldn't say that I'd be interested in a story about a teenager, but I was tempted because of the author. A very sad and helpless story that forces you to feel uncomfortable. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to read it.

Heaven is a brutal book. It's an important book, in my opinion, as it drives focus towards brutal bullying that takes place in East-Asian countries. It also touches on philosophy; mainly free will and ethics.
It was not really a book I enjoyed reading (for both obvious and less obvious reasons), alas the rating.

It was so beautiful but also so disgusting, I don’t think I’ve felt so many emotions reading a book. I felt myself rooting for and hating all the characters.
