“It’s not my fate to die out there, you are my fate.”

I was so excited to get this book as an ALC. I loved book one and was so fascinated to see how each author would bring each couple to life.
This is my first book by Paisley Hope and I will definitely have to go and check out her backlist. She took heavy subject matter and made it easy and relatable to read.
I love second chance romance when it can be done like this.

The duet narration by Gideon Frost Samantha Brentmoor was absolutely outstanding. Samantha Brentmoor has been in my ears a lot lately and I am not complaining one bit. She makes each character unique and authentic to who they are.

Bonus dirty quote:

“All right then, dirty girl. Spit.” Wait, what? “I …what?” I ask. “Spit on my cock.”

Thank you Must Love Audio, Lyric Audiobooks, and Paisley Hope for an advance listener copy.

second chance, firefighter, single mom standalone

violet comes back to her hometown with an impending divorce and of course the chemistry from her (late) brothers bestie has not fizzled out! she needs to reconcile her past with rowan before she can move forward but looks like that’s going to happen faster than she anticipated after a burn ends rowan up in violets nursing care.

LOVED this one and the audio was phenomenal! rowan and tats were 😮‍💨 and my man lives to serveee

Absolutely adored Rowan and Violette’s love story! Rowan was especially sweet with Hollie, the FMC’s daughter, and it added such a heartwarming touch. This beautifully blended tale of second chances, love, and loss was both emotional and deeply moving.

Paisley Hope truly brings her characters to life, and the depth of her research into nursing and wildfire fighting really shines through. I’m so excited to read more from her!

Rowan and violet have been friends since she was 18 things got in the way and Rowan had to make a decision and help his best friend which happened to be violet twin brother
10 years later they meet up again and Rowan will stop at nothing to get her back
