This is a real page turner, fast paced and exciting, I really enjoyed it and would recommend.

This was a great read which kept me thinking throughout - just when you think it's finished something else happens! Hoping to read more by this author x

An interesting hook, that by itself made me want to read to the end, but annoying Americanisms (yellow police tape and cots for beds) in a book very clearly and quite accurately set in London and the Home counties. The characterisation of the main character was a bit iffy too - started out a bit useless, IT software salesman - in the space of two days after being significantly injured was punching and headbutting in several fights like a pro. The least said about his dallying wife the better...

Still I read it to the end, so it can't be all bad.
