I love Will and Tessa so much. It’s hard to explain but I already know they’re going to take me on an emotional rollercoaster and destroy me in the process. Anyway I’m so glad I bought the whole series because this was amazing and I’m going to jump straight into Clockwork Prince!

DNF. Probably should give it a chance as a kindle read instead of audiobook but I couldn’t get into it.

I ADORE TESSA. She is probably one of my favourites of Clare’s characters so far. She is much more likeable and less annoying than Clary at least.
I can’t say whether I’ll prefer TID over TMI yet only because I feel Tessa, Jem and Will (who is a bit of a jerk in this book) haven’t bonded like I know they will in the next two books.
The ending blew me away and I cannot wait to start the next book. Still shocked about how long it took me to read these books but I can tell by the end of the TID they will be my fave.
