Good info, lots about essential oil uses
Has some really good information, especially the parts about aromatherapy and other uses for essential oils. There's even recipes for oil blends for different ailments.
There's also a section on natural remedies for illnesses, and many of them are ones that my Mamaw used and taught me. They definitely work, but since there's not been any studies done on natural healing, I can't say for sure if they work because of the "mind over matter" placebo effect, or if they actually WORK work. Either way, they make the patient feel better, though I have to stress, these should NOT be used as the only firm of treatment for ANYTHING, and always talk to your doctor about any "alternative" remedies you are using (like oils and herbs) because, since they ARE foods and medicines, they may have an interaction with other drugs that your doctor may prescribe for you.
Overall, though, a very good bundle, though I'm deducting one star 🌟 because of the price - 10 bucks is FAR too expensive for this material. I'd price it at $2.99; that's a fair price. I happened to notice it when it was free, and glad I did, because if it had been full price I never would have even considered it at all.
