Polibek pro Annu jsem odkládala dost dlouho a teď vážně nemám ponětí proč. Kniha je úžasná a jsem z ní naprosto unešená! :)

What a romantic book! It was so fantastic, I ate it up within a couple of days. Quick blurb is: Anna's father has shipped her off to Paris to go to The School of America for her senior year and this is where she meets Étienne St. Claire (sometimes known as just 'St. Claire' or Étienne) who is so dreamy and all the girls love him. I not only fell for him but I fell for all the other characters, By the end of the book I felt like I knew them and I didn't want the story to end. Every page was dipped in romance, the anticipation build-up between Anna & St.Claire's feelings were written so well. At the end of every chapter I wanted to read more to see what happened and I was constantly yelling 'KISS HER'! Paris makes a beautiful back-drop to the story, being the city of love and all. Initially I thought this book would be too teeny, but after reading the first few chapters and finding out the characters were 17 and 18 (instead of the normal 14 and 15 like other teenage fiction) I was happy. All in all I give this book 5 stars because it deserves it!

I didn't think I was going to like the book as much as I did. I loved it. It was amazing and so cute. It was emotional and adorable and so romantic.

The book itself wasn't so bad, the writing style was cool but the characters were all so annoying and the story so stupid that I have come to hate the whole thing

This book was so adorable. I fell in complete love with it right away. Which is a big deal for me, I don't read much contemporary YA.

Anna was a interesting character. I loved her intense love for films and her strange dream of being a film critic. Little things like that made her a very 3D character. Even the side characters were very well done. Her friend Meredith was my favorite. She was a lot like me in a few ways.

St Claire. Oh man that boy was perfect. And super dreamy. There was a couple parts where the on and off between Anna and him got a little repetitive, but it was worth it. Their relationship was just so cute!

This is the kind of book that makes you want to book a flight and head off to a completely different place to see new and wonderful things. And maybe find a foreign hottie of your own...

Five stars. I can't wait for the next one!
