This definitely only worked when I read the manhua. I tried reading the novel and I was so confused and getting whiplash from trying to grasp the new worlds. I went in not expecting anything so when they were reincarnated in the modern world in the second lifetime, it threw me off to the point I couldn't really enjoy it. I then read the manhua and enjoyed it much more because the acclimation to each new world only took seconds. When that was taken care of the story was so much more enjoyable. Though a little too cheesy for me at time, it pretty much worked out. I did not like the addition of her dragon familiar also having feelings for her. One, it does nothing to the story. But also, it's just sad and for no reason. I do love that she came to love her third life husband though. He worked so hard after being inspired by her. I loved the third life the most, probably because that was the true trial and humbled the idealistic romance that was going around.
