Wow, such a different feel from the first book of the series! The spicy scenes got maybe a little too graphic for my taste but that's just personal preference and definitely not a knock on the rest of it. The story definitely kept me coming back for more,

although I am a sucker for a good enemies-to-lovers plot.

Incredible. I knew Rhysand would make his grand entrance at some point and I'm so glad he did. There is so much depth to his character, and there is so much more chemistry between Feyre and Rhys than there is between her and Tamlin. Also the world building in this book is breathtaking: I would love to live there!
A great read for romantasy enthusiasts, but please note the book does contain very graphic content which may be inappropriate for younger readers or anyome who struggles with violent scenes or sexual scenes.

Holy Moly…… I currently have a hangover from this book. I love this series. I was starting to miss the romance towards the middle, but then I got to chapters 54 and 55 and I am just obsessed. The stakes were higher in this book and I feel like this one is setting up the rest of the series. Definitely one of my top ten books. Feyre had a lot of growth in this book. I love her and Rhysand and the found family. Being in this world is addicting! I LOVE THIS BOOK. I need others to read this near me, so I can nerd out with someone. Team Rhysand.
