i loved this book! i loved how cute hani and ishu were, and i was literally saying, “JUST KISS ALREADY!” this book was so cute, and i loved the representation of muslims and south asian people. soooo cute, definitely a top lgbtq+ book! 🏳️‍🌈

A very bingeworthy book, the pacing was excellent and I even longed for it to go on when I got to the end. Some of the issues the characters face could've been solved so much more easily by better communication; which is always annoying to read however with how afraid of confrontation Hani is this makes sense and her character development was realistic and satisfying. I might have liked a few more intimate will they won't they moments before the third act conflict but overall this was sucha a cute book with amazing main characters you really want to root for. Not an all time favorite but a great pick me up (despite the antagonist being so infuriating that I wanted to punch all her teeth out-)

This book was so cute, I just ate it up. I don't think I've finished a book this fast in years. As a white straight male this was a very informative read, and I found one conversation between Humaira and her father particularly touching and enlightening. I absolutely recommend this book, everyone could probably gain something from reading it.
