I really enjoyed this poetry collection. The poems were almost whimsical, yet had the depth to really resonate with the reader.
The line "Feminine presenting and fat. Full of sugar and memories, bitter to
the taste." in the poem 'The Significance of Sweet Things' was without a doubt a favourite.

I enjoyed reading Isabelle Quilty's carved out place in the world - a lovely preface for a lovely collection of poems.
