I didn't like it at first but last hundred pages broke me

Didn’t enjoy this as much as Henry’s other work. I liked the premise and the characters, but the end was dragged out. There were so many ‘realisation’ moment monologues that went on too long. It became repetitive: I skim read the last 20% of the book.
Also, I hate the phrase ‘my nipples pinched’ as much as Henry seems to love it.

The alternating timelines flow very well! I found the main character, Harriet, very relatable. Definitely a very compelling read

Absolutely loved! Stayed up far too late to finish it. I loved the friendship and its development. The characters were fantastic and I loved listening to their story past and present.
