A little different from the Anime and manga. It was pretty good!

I love the anime, so of course I had to read the light novels. The story was quite humorous and heartwarming, and while I recognized many scenes from the anime, it also gave me a little more insight to the characters. The only thing I'm knocking a star off for is the heavy retreading that happened each chapter - I liked the bits that gave me a new perspective of a situation, but there was also a lot of dialogue that was copy/pasted, and rereading the exact same thing twice impacted the pacing a bit for me. Other than that, it's a fantastic lighthearted read.

I enjoyed this book, Both the cover of book and the writing was fine also the atmosphere was okay. The world building was pretty good and the ending was fine. The paced of plot was bit slow and I think the characters needed to be flash out bit more.

This is a great cozy read and a brilliant start to this light novel series - though the stupidity of the main character is a little frustrating

I love this book I love this book I love. this. book.

I was smiling the whole way through! I will freely admit that I'm completely and totally biased towards it because A. I binged the anime before reading and B. I'm an avid fan of otome games— but I sincerely recommend this to anyone who just wants to read something fun, sweet, and genuine. Katarina is an amazingly endearing protagonist and honestly I adore every character in her harem as well.

It's a lighthearted but surprisingly earnest book and I love it!

A funny read. Katarina's such a fun ditz of a protagonist. Getting the perspective from the members of her accidental harem was a nice addition if a bit redundant in spots. It's also very heavy on exposition but with most of the series set up out of the way this should hopefully ease up in the next volumes.
