I am thoroughly surprised how much I enjoyed this book, my only wish was there was more to the ending. The story enriched me greatly but the end felt just short of the rest of the book and story. The characters were nicely written and I was entranced by the story by 1/4 of the way through. It did take a couple of chapters for me to get this excited.

A stupid wet dream of a technophobe with a hatred of crows and belief, that tzars and companies are overthrown by angry shouts and truths written on walls.
I hate this kind of literature that mimics the netflix series.
My other dislike stems from author's failure to study geography and add at least something of the landscape to this pathetic book.
The characters are just... not characters at all. They are ripped off from one tv show or another. There is no character development. There are no flaws in them. no contradictions and no conflicts, just an endless tediousness.
This book is such a lousy piece of writing.
Catherynne M Valente would write such an idea much better. But i find the style of Sarah Brooks loudly absent in every paragraph.

Very enjoyable, especially having taken that same route by train.
