TBH I only did 2 different pathways for this but. I'm not a Star Trek fan! And the story is kind of meh if you're not invested in the characters outside of this specific text. Also the ebook format is lowkey trash. Why no hyperlinks! And the text is sooo small, which is maybe my own fault for reading it on my phone but I don't have an ereader so. Basically my opinion probably doesn't scale but I must document it nonetheless.

An incredible technical achievement that expands the boundaries of what a choosable path book can accomplish, tells a classic Star Trek sci-fi mystery story, and maintains the voice and tone characteristic of Lower Decks. It’s pitch-perfect in every way.

As someone who's only seen a few Star Trek episodes and not watched any of Lower Decks, I'm definitely not the core audience for this. To be honest, I probably wouldn't have picked it up if it hadn't been nominated for a Hugo award this year. But I have to admit that it's actually quite fun. I haven't seen a graphic novel version of choose your own adventure before and the humor and the banter in it actually made me more interested in watching the show at some point. If you're a fan of the show, I'd imagine you'd get even more out of it.
