A good look at the history of the United States and surrounding areas from a lens of labor and black and brown culture. The author certainly has a bias toward a reformist framework but overall a good overlook.

Maybe 4.5? I’m conflicted because I keep reflecting on everything I’ve learned from it (which was soooo much), but the delivery was definitely too dry at times.

As always, I do appreciate a thiccc references section.
