Not going to lie I wasn’t the most excited for this one like I was for previous ones in this series. Plus, this one kind of just came out of the blue but I loved that I picked it up when I did because the book was so good! I love it when books end up being so good like this one. This one is really emotional though because Elliot, our FMC, has a lot of baggage that she’s been carrying since she was a child. I love how determined the guys are and they are so patient with her. I mean the pack has been in love with her for over 10 years. Meanwhile, Sy was like the best friend to a lover and took his time and waited for the right moment to make his move. It was just so good. Even though I think this one might end up being my favorite in the series I do wish that we had a little bit more follow-through here and there, especially when it comes to their families. We know that 3 of them are adopted but they ended up with pretty solid families. But Nix and Raff had families and came up quite a bit but we never actually met them. There are little things like that I wish had a little bit more follow-through. However, this one had a very solid HEA, so I feel like it’s the last book in the series and I really hope we get a book for both JJ and Ez. I mean we know how their stories end thanks to the HEA for this book, but I need to know how they got to that point! One’s a rodeo girl who’s pregnant when we first meet her and she doesn’t remember the guy because it was a one-night stand and then the other is a pop star who has very strict/controlling parents. Both books sound so dang interesting!

She's Got Male, book 3 of the Knot Pucking Mine Omegaverse series, by Sinclair Kelly @sinclairkellyauthor. Sinclair is a newer author for me.

I loved this book about Elliott, Sy, Nixon, Rafferty & Flint so much! Tropes: Contemporary Omegaverse, Hockey, an Omega that doesn't believe in romance, workplace romance/friends to lovers, scent compatibility, forced proximity, MM/Bi-Awakening, Age Gap, Found Family & Love is Love.

Here’s another fascinating tale about the alpha, beta, and omega world. Elliott is an omega who doesn’t want a pack. Her childhood was tough because she was raised in foster homes after her parents abandoned her. This made her have trust issues. The only male she lets get close is Sy (beta), her executive assistant at the newspaper.
Nixon, Flint, and Rafferty (alphas) have been wanting Elliott since she came out, but she kept them at a distance.
I must commend the author for her  exceptional efforts in developing each character, allowing me to gain a deep understanding of their motivations and emotions. Elliott’s journey resonated deeply with me, particularly when her childhood traumas were revealed, prompting her to seek professional help. Fortunately, her two closest friends, West and Candace, as well as Nixon, Raff, Flint, and Sy, provided unwavering support and encouragement. The chemistry between these five individuals was simply electrifying - it was truly a remarkable story.

Most of the MMCs were so flat. I didn’t really see a ton of development in the relationships between Elliot and the rest of her pack
