I feel like I didn't learn very much about Chenoweth with her autobiography. It was very focused on her religious beliefs and how her faith has impacted her career, but I really wanted more feelings about her career itself. Wicked, Pushing Daisies, etc. I wasn't expecting it to be so focused on her love life and her faith. The only reason it's not a three star review is because listening to the audiobook, which is read by Chenoweth, was just delightful. She's a hoot.

Kristin Chenoweth reads this audio book with all the flare you would expect from Kristin. The love of singing, acting, crashing and growing are in the book. I laughed quite often while listening. This little powerhouse tells it like she sees it. I would recommend listening to this book over reading it.

She is extremely talented and I'll happily listen to her sing & watch her act. My issue is the constant reminders of "my Christian faith" and then in the same breath mocking a flight attendant, off color humor, condescending comments about those whose religious or political views might differ from hers. If you want to be sarcastic and funny, don't hide behind religion to make yourself seem less "wicked".

Also, reminding us every chapter about a failed TV show doesn't make you relatable. This was definitely a let down. In short (no pun intended concerning her height), there was no real point to this book... Or, if there was, I missed it.

So you want to know about Kristi Chenoweth? Just pick up the book and read it. She's great as always - so is her ghost writer - and you get some sweet anecdotes. Seems to me like she's a genuine, loving, all out diva. And she's not ashamed of it.

Kristin C. is soooo great...talented, funny, pretty and, most important, down to earth. This book was a great read, very funny and informative about her life. I can't wait to see the sequel!
