I liked this book a lot, especially for a self-help book. Most of them repeat the same thing over and over and are a waste of time other than 1 or 2 good chapters.

This book has a lot of great material, with practical suggestions to put in place--ones that ANYONE can do!

I like it. I purchased it in eBook form, and I'll refer back to it every once in a while. Always glad to get a book that remains valuable.
