One day I decided my body was not a tragedy. On that day I knew I would live forever.
This was a beautiful book. The art was stunning and I loved the content. The formatting made it difficult to read sometimes, especially with the font choice that was used for pretty much all of the text. However, it was still an amazing celebration of queer resistance, joy, and community.
We breathe life into each other, we hold each other, we believe that we will win. Our work is everywhere.

A graphic novel I highly recommend. It is a collection of different queer and trans experiences. I found it relaxing, centering, and made me feel positive for the future of humanity 😁 And the illustrator is a master in their art. I adore these illustrations.

OUR WORK IS EVERYWHERE is a beautiful graphic collection of stories, conversations, and interviews with queer and trans activists, organizers, and artists. The art is gorgeous, evocative, and striking, and the stories contained within this collection are remarkable. I loved the way this collection highlighted the resilience of queer & trans communities, but also our softness, our gentleness, our capacity for love and care.
This is a wonderfully wide-ranging collection, showcasing fat, disabled, Black, brown, Asian, Indigenous, immigrant, incarcerated, young, and old queer and trans voices. From plants to martial arts to cooking to performance art, our work is everywhere. 🩷

Full of inspirational and beautiful stories of QBIOPC persons but the text style / font was extremely difficult to read in the majority of it.

Really liked this but felt like it was hard to read majority of the time and that some passages felt like they had more to say
Graphic: Fatphobia, Homophobia, and Transphobia
Moderate: Ableism, Racism, and Classism
Minor: Death and Death of parent

Beautifully drawn & designed. My only issue was that most of the voices felt too brief.
"A Praisesong for Sick, Blk Wimmin" and "Martial Arts is the Most Fluent Asian Language I Speak" were standout entries for me.
