I adore this book. It’s a modern retelling of Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing, which is my favourite play. I loved every aspect of this book, even down to the little details such as the characters’ names starting with the same letter as Much Ado’s characters. This normally puts me off a book, but in this instance I found it added another layer to the novel and made it easier to follow along. The writing style felt a bit like it was written on Wattpad, but that’s not an insult as I think it is exactly what this book needs! If you want to read Much Ado About Nothing, I think this novel is a good introduction to the storyline.
