How does one rate a memoir? A window into someone else's life? How does one consume someone's joy, their trauma, their ups and down and then proceed to give it a ranking (I ask as I go on to rate this)

This was ... heavy, insightful and unabashedly truthful. I can not effectively tell you how much this book has impacted me. A life of living someone else's dream in the hellish landscape that is the child star industry. No words can communicate this book and the pressures of having an abusive mother.

A well written easy to read memoir. The stories were sometimes hard to read because of the nature of them. Coming from someone struggling to handle familial ties, it really struck a cord.
