Felt like reading her personal journal; there were no times of romanticized eating disorders or family relationships.

It was inspiring to read how Jennette could get over the socially imposed custom of having to put your family first, just because "they're your blood" and instead put her mental-health first.
Her zero filter about her eating disorders completely shocked me.

Listened to the audio book in 3 days. Perfect pace and amount of chaos for me. Horrific but hilarious at the same time, 10/10.

Holy fuck. I literally could not put this down. 10/10

finally got around to read this gems. it is such a fun (!?) and vulnerable read wow! what a traumatic youth she had, but to manage to lace it with so much humor is just wow! she can be so proud of herself for the journey she’s been on.
