The premise of the book had potential but ultimately felt rushed and it seemed at times to skip ahead.

Klara has a fairy tale idea of love and falls for every woman see meets. Nic has the opposite view and finds it difficult to open up. They share a interest for each other from the moment they meet. Their best friends try and help them along the way and they are some great characters. I love that they are willing to put in the work it takes to make a relationship successful. Sienna's stories are always true to life with people you might meet in your own home town. It has a touch of angst but I survived with only a few tears. LOL

We start with Nic and George announcing both are engaged and will get married, just after a quick and secret last-minute talk to ensure they were both OK with it.

In some moments, I believe as a result of coming from a familia latina, you can tell Nic had struggled in the past with her sexuality and she tried hard to go against her nature, with no success.

Klara is a wedding planner, but things have been hard for her business lately. She is a dreamer, and falls in love very easy and quickly. I liked how she was portrayed in the book, it was good seeing a character like this in the story.

I enjoyed how we see both Klara and Nic grow, each in their own particular way.

I had a great time reading this story, it had some fun moments, it was perfect after a tough day at work, just relax and enjoy the story.
