While I do believe the topic of this book is important and necessary, I found the execution less engaging towards the second half. I liked half of the pieces, felt meh about the others. I think it would have worked better spoken than read for me.

I would give this 3.5/5 if I could. Very disorganized. Half the time I didn't know what was going on. Needs more structure.
