This was great conclusion to this duology. Enjoyed the ending and Runes growth in this book at the end. I did get irked that they’re was still so much miscommunication until the third part of the book. But fully enjoyed and invested the characters growth and story outcome.  I think got me this would have been a fast read it Inoth books were out when k began the series reading them almost a year apart took me a little out of the investment in how it turned out. But really enjoyed that the plot picked up immediately from the begging where the crimson moth cliff hanger ended.
