What an absolutely wild book this was, and so short! The shortest book in the series other than the novellas!
Restore Me was another crazy experience, especially with the way it ended, I had zero expectations for how this book was going to go. As almost exactly a year passed by, I'd forgotten so many of the finer points of the previous book that I genuinely had no idea what this experience would be like.
Even though this might be my least favorite book in the series so far, I have to admit this was the most fun book in the series so far. It actually reminded me a lot of another fifth book in a hexalogy: Silver Shadows by Richelle Mead. 75% of both books has to do with a prison break and the rest of the 25% is winding down from the tension of the first three quarters of the book.
I wish this had been a little longer. I also wish there had been a little more time and adjustment between I also thought the Kenji chapters were a bit strange, but they were definitely necessary, and I'm glad they were phased out later in the book.
All in all this is the weakest book so far but still a lot of fun. I'm really excited to see how everything wraps up in the finale―the real one this time!

They also both involve the main characters getting engaged and end up feeling fanfiction-y because of that, but it didn't hurt this book too badly.I wish this had been a little longer. I also wish there had been a little more time and adjustment between
Spoiler
everyone switching from "Juliette" to "Ella" so easily. It was sort of lampshaded at the end when Kenji asked if he could still call her "J," but it was still a little weird how quickly everyone got used to it.All in all this is the weakest book so far but still a lot of fun. This book RUINED me. The endless torture was awful. Emmalines story is heartbreaking.
Thank god the ending was beautiful and everything I needed after that but what is in store for me in the next book!?!? My heart can’t take it.

4 stars because of the ending :D
finally warner got to celebrate his bday (he even had a surprise party) AND he got engaged in the same day soo
however i felt like something was off about this book i dunno why but i'm looking forward to imagine me (i feel like the series has lost its spark after ignite me/restore me)

I take it back when I said ignite me was my fav book in the series because this is definitely my fav.
Everything pieced together - all the little mysteries and questions from the beginning had an answer. It was fast-paced and exciting and Juliette and Aaron’s relationship dynamic made so much more sense.
Loved, loved, loved.
