I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed this audiobook. I feel like this would be a good one for Graphic Audio to pick up. 

I loved the fantasy and world building of this book. I feel like if I had the physical copy as well to follow along with the map I would get a better sense of things, but it didn't deter me personally. The ending had me and I am curious to know what happens in the next book.

I enjoyed this book overall, but it wasn’t until about 70% through that I found myself eager to pick it up. Before that it was kind of a slog.

when i was 10% in i didn’t think i was going to enjoy this book but once i got into it, it was great! for me the weakest part was the main character, and enjoyed the portion where she had no POVs immensely. imo she was a bit too ‘talented’ and didn’t have many weaknesses to overcome, but she did grow on me. 

i wouldn’t say the book is unpredictable by any means but it was a good read!
