Stacy said yes to Adam’s proposal, much to her confusion. Her memory hasn’t come back, and she only knows what she’s been told. Her best friend, Mimi, is not here for the romance when it comes to Adam. Jordan is devastated when he watches Adam propose to Stacy, and Stacy says yes. In his emotional spiral, he decided to go off on a bike tour with his best friend, Evie. Any dangerous distraction is better than suffering in silence every day.
The conclusion to this journey is so emotional, raw, vulnerable, and beautiful. This book focuses mainly on Stacy and her mental well-being as she continues to navigate her life without her memory.
As the truth starts to peek from behind all the lies, Jordan decides he has to go back home. As fun as the bike tour has been, he knows he can’t live in distraction forever. He knows he has to return home and figure out a way to continue living.
The emotional climax of this story is so pure. I was cheering the scenes on as I read. We finally get to claim our happily ever after.
Everything about this series has been so well done. The characters are charming and have such realistic qualities. Intentions are raw and exposed. The plot is heartbreaking and heartwarming. Zoe has created another beautiful series in a stunning location that will captivate you from start to finish.
