The writing is easy to understand. I liked that it has short chapters. As someone in the field of psychiatry; this was a valuable read.
I enjoyed the chapters on death and interpretation of dreams. Those are some delicate topics which I felt was handled well by the author.
However, there are some chapters that I did not resonate greatly. Perhaps because, in the place where I practise; some of the tips suggested wouldn’t really be feasible. For example, a hug and holding hands to comfort.
