i know this frist book in series but i read this after city girl which is second book in series . But i like this book it has great writing like city girl with great character's but i didnt like much as city girl . I guess it it wasnt the same vibe as the second one & it doesn't have mountain man in it ..lol. but other then that its was good read just not as good as the second one..

This was a fun flirty read. I really liked the dirty elements to Kase’s background. It was a perfect insta-love with a great backstory. I really recommend this.

This was actually pretty good! This has one of the deepest storylines out of all the books that I have read in this series.

June has been working for her father who owns a hotel. He has been trying to purchase farmland in town from the McCasker family for expansion of the hotel. Her father finds out that the decision is actually up to the son Kase and sends June in to see if she can get him to sell. June had been pining over Kase since they shared a moment a few years ago. The moment they see each other again the chemistry is full force and hasn't left for either one of them.

It was full of family rivalry, secrets and great chemistry. I loved June and Kase. I read this book quickly and absorbed every word. This was my third book in this series so far and my favorite out of them.

This is the first one in the Misadventures series that I've read and it made me excited for more! A quick steamy read about a girl and her old flame who's returned to town — and he's determined to have her. Not only was the romance delightful, but there was enough side-plot and backstory about their fathers' rivalry and saving the family farm to really keep me engaged.

I got this from the author in exchange for an honest review. Honestly I wasn’t expecting much but damnnnnn. This was good. It was quick, raunchy, and just downright good. Small town romance with beautiful settings. 4 thumbs up!

A good book. I didn't connect to the characters as much as I'd have liked, but it was a nice read!

The book is fact paced, lacks character development with a ridiculous story line. I didn't connect with either character. June and Kase have known each other since childhood and their family are at odds over the McKasker's land so the Bell family can expand their hotel. There's other family drama side story. In order to get the McKaster's to sell a part of their land, June pretty much trades in her virginity. Their interactions and dialogue are boring. Unfortunately, I didn't like the book.

I've given up on this series which is sad because I really do enjoy Meredith Wild. I thought the last misadventure book I read was terrible, but apparently I spoke too soon. Once again this could have been a good book but it was just way too rushed and unbelievable.
