To everyone who said I needed to read this to get a better understanding of the cat and mouse duet: you lied.

HD. Girl. What the fuck?

I may come back to this one day but it’s a dnf for now.

I am honestly not sure now I feel so I don’t want to assign a star rating. The actual story intrigued me and definitely held me in a grip….and then mindfu**ed me in the end. My heart when out to Sibby and I did feel her pain. And I understood {partially} what she was doing and going through, because of what made her.

BUT m, for me, the gore was just too over the. Yes I read the trigger warnings, and no, gore doesn’t bother me. But in this case it just felt like too much. Like a Saw movie.

But the story itself, the intro to Zade, and what was going to be coming in Haunting Adeline I loved!

It helped understand Sibby more. This may have been more graphic than the actual Haunting & Hunting Adeline.

Idk what I just read. I didn’t love it but didn’t hate it. Holy plot twist at the end though

So I read this long after Haunting Adaline and I already knew I loved Sibby but this book made me love her even more, she has such a good heart, she’s just a wee bit crazy

Oh. My. God. This book has so many twists and it keeps you guessing. This book is probably the first really dark book I’ve read and I love it. The ending was wow
