This had some great messages on interracial marriages and Islamaphobia. It was also nice to read a novel that was written for Muslims--not as many explanations as some authors have. My only problem with this was that it read like a Pakistani drama.

I really enjoyed this. It's very sweet. The romance felt a bit of a sub plot, but I was ok with it. And you actually kinda get two romances in one. It's well written and flows. I think this is a great book for any non Muslim to learn about the traditions of Ramadan or any young adult Muslims who may be having trouble with how they fit in to the religion.
