Did not like this book as much as the first. I figured out who the killer was and why midway through. It's because the main character is a tax attorney, so if you follow the money, it's easy to figure out the killer. The writer gave many clues and few red herrings that I wondered if it was meant to be obvious whodunit. The author has killed more people and animals than necessary and goes into vivid detail. I think I'd abandon the series now, but this book ended in such a cliffhanger, I need to read the next novel to find out what happened to the main character.

I couldn't help noticing the difference in attitude on violence between Sweden and America. Rebecka Martinsson killed three people in self-defense. In America, she would be lauded as a hero. In this book, she was shamed as a murderer.

Entretenido.
