I loved all of the stories of Joy's boys, seeing them grow over the 6 months that the story covered. I'm very excited to read the third book in this series, Jo's Boys.

This feels slightly more like a collection of short stories though there is some continuity and growth throughout the book.
With I thought that many of the characters and scenes were cute I felt that it lacked something of the continuity and depth of it's prequel Little Women.

I may be biased because I really love children, but this book has now become not only one of the most heartwarming books I've ever read (if not THE MOST heartwarming), but also one of my favorite books.

I almost cried (or did cry) at least once every few chapters, which is very rare for me, but damn it this book just hit me right in the feels. Mind you, most of those tears were happy "awwww" moments.

This book was written very well, with virtually no filler, and no long winded tangents. Just good effective writing.

Primer libro del 2024!!

Estuvo medio cute.
