Thank you Kerry Evelyn for the ARC.

The third book in the Crane's Cove series tells the sweet story of Shelby and Damon. Shelby has built a bit of an emotional wall to protect herself as a result of past loss and a prior relationship ending, plus her dreams and ambitions for her future. Damon is starting over in a new town (well really, half way across the country) and trying to heal from his own emotional trauma. They form a friendship and with the help of their friends, family, and God, turn it into more. I found myself rooting for their relationship from the beginning. They were so cute together and complimented each other so well.

Kerry writes with such a passion. The description of Crane's Cove made me want to go visit, eat at the diner, go to Shelby's dad's church, meet all of these people that I know don't really exist. Kerry's personality and values shine through in her writing style, and it was really neat catching little tidbits of her real life that she wove into the story.
