I admit, I MAY be on a graphic novels/comics/manga binge because I am trying to catch up with my reading challenge. I'm still enjoying Library Wars--the main non-relationship conflicts are about intellectual freedom. I wish the heroine was a little more competent, though.

Ended on a cliffhanger! But I'm delaying getting the next one from the library - reading these feel like candy, and I don't want to binge on them too much and stop enjoying them.

I absolutely adore the juxtaposition of peaceful protests vs full on war *chef's kiss*

Also, knowing the plot twist that's coming makes some of these interactions so much funnier xD I love Iku and Dojo so much. I always forget how much, but like, 10/10 I love them so much

I love this series so much. As things get more serious for Iko and her special ops team, her relationship with Commander Dojo gets more ridiculous and adorable. He loves her and is so angry about it! In this volume, a museum holding decades of records from media history is closing after its owner dies, and the library is trying to deliver those materials to safety before the bad guys take them. It's exciting, but the relationships are really what I come here for. The final chapter is a collection of one off shorts that include an impromptu shopping trip at a kawaii store where Iko helps Dojo buy presents for his sister, and it's a perfect ending to this volume.
