As a long term fan I am so fucking annoyed at the characterization and the plot and the gaping plot holes and just the absolute incoherence of the plot ....literally loathe it
I got this as a sampler from Waterstones and it’s so good. Such a little nice easy and quick read.
I couldn’t find the sampler online so I had to put this as the one read. Highly recommend if your into Percy Jackson. I am probably not the best audience for it but it made a nice break from reading something so heavy.

Devo dire che non sapevo cosa aspettarmi prima di leggere questo libro, alla fine è stata una lettura estrema ente piacevole anche se qualcosa forse l'avrei preferita diversa. Il personaggio di Nico Di Angelo sarà sempre importantissimo per me, lo era quando avevo 15 anni e lo è tutt'ora a 24 anni. Ho apprezzato poter vedere tutto dalla sua prospettiva, specialmente quegli eventi che sono stati caratterizzanti per il suo personaggio ma f avevamo sempre visto "dall'esterno".
Nonostante ho apprezzato le tantissime menzioni di personaggi importanti per Nico, quali Jason, Bianca e sua madre, e anche la breve comparsa di Piper, mi sarebbe piaciuto vedere menzionata anche Hazel che è un personaggio tanto importante quanto gli altri per lui.
Il personaggio di Nico mi è sembrato un po' diverso da come lo ricordavo nei libri precedenti e non ho ben capito se è stata una scelta stilistica voluta, in quanto voleva cercare di mostrarlo più maturo e "cresciuto" o se la presenza di due autori ha in qualche modo influenzato il personaggio.
Comunque, ciò non ha influenzato moltissimo la lettura e alla fine ho apprezzato molto il libro.
