This was a great idea, interesting themes, with horrible plot twists.
WHY is everyone revealing themselves to be not dead or related to the main character (or both???)?  WHY IS SHE JUST FORGIVING THE MAN WHO STOLE HER ENTIRE FORTUNE????? HE SUCKS!!!!
The main characters are unlikeable and infuriating- Inez is reacting to twists and turns in her adventure with no critical thinking skills, I couldn’t root for her. The mystery unfolded like molasses, and the soap-opera-esque plot twists didn’t make up for it.
