That last few chapters made me so on edge and was in between wanting to finish right away or not finishing, so scared of what the ending might be.
It’s nice to finally understand, at least to some degree, the warnings that Camilla kept on saying. In the middle it kinda got tiring to be honest but as always Julian & Thea pushed through whatever came and that ending!!!
Fuck William Drake a thousand times over. That douchebag just can’t have enough.
Anyway audio was 👌👌👌

Umm WTF!!
This is my favourite through the series so far, we’ll see how book four goes.
But oh my god! The lore, the plot, the twists and turns. It’s almost as if I knew what was coming and simultaneously didn’t. This was very well written.
I understand people’s frustrations with keeping Thea and Julian apart for most of the book, but I feel as though this adds a lot to the plot. To show their love, their fated bond and how their love is pure (ironic since it’s a lot of dark magic) and how they’ll always find their ways back to one another.
The side characters having POV’s and adding the side storyline of Camilla and Jacqueline is refreshing. It doesn’t overpower the overriding story but it adds things to it, that help it build.
Again, a lot of lore and history and facts to learn. Yet I felt it was easier in this book than previous. Very very excited to see where this story goes!
